Earlier this year I helped my friend Terra shoot Becky and John’s incredzible wedding at the Hacienda Tres Rios, in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. (!!!) There were so many late nights and long days by the beach, and thoughtful surprises by the couple that it such an awesome experience entirely. The wedding was actually just published in DESTINATION WEDDINGS & HONEYMOON MAGAZINES, so check out Terra’s blog to see more and congratulate her on the feature!
Anyways, even after all the parties Becky agreed to an early trash drown-the-dress shoot the morning after the wedding, and I’m so happy to finally get to share these.

Goodness.
There was so much to love about the everythings included with this wedding and the life leading up to it…her $100 vintage dress and gushings over BHLDN accessories and memories of happily gray Scottish life.
But as usual, the loveliness wasn’t about the details or shoes, but all and entirely the friendship-love of these charming people that made this as classic and dear as a summer day could be.

A little while ago the editor from the BRIDAL GUIDE contacted me about a new Photo-A-Day section they were launching on their website, and I was thrilled to see they started it today with an image from Abby & Pablo’s wedding!
